Warranty Policy

We offer a one(1) year limited warranty on all of our LapGear® products. The limited warranties are valid from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase. Our warranty extends to products purchased through lapdesk.com and all other retail partners.

 

Warranty claims are only subject to replacements for the identical item. If that item is no longer available, then we will replace the item with a similar product.

 

Exclusions:

The limited warranties do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. The warranties do not apply if products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated). The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. 

 

To file a warranty claim, follow these steps below.

1. Contact us at info@lapdesk.com

2. In the email header type, "LG Warranty Claim"

3. In the email body we require that you include 

  • Your name
  • Product name
  • Order Number
  • Supporting images
    • 1 full view image of the front
    • 1 full view image of the back
    • 1 close up image of the defected/damaged area
    • Image of the order receipt
