LapGear® Back-to-School $500 Gift Card Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

Begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on July 13, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on July 31, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

a) Online Entry:

Visit our entry form here and complete the entry form during the Giveaway Period. All fields must be completed to be valid.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Visa® Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions from Visa.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected at random on August 1, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be notified by email and must respond within 5 calendar days. Failure to respond or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor may require a signed affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. 

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt of the prize.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.lapdesk.com/pages/privacy-policy.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
